Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
At DialBee, operated by Beezyman Studio, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the DialBee mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
To provide you with secure audio and video calling services, we collect and store:
- Account Information: Your custom username (used as your account identifier), name, profile photo, and password (securely hashed in our database).
- Transaction Data: Records of deposits, payments, and promo codes redeemed to your wallet.
- Signaling Metadata: Non-personally identifiable temporary room tokens and session signaling logs required to establish WebRTC peer-to-peer connections.
2. Call Media & Privacy
DialBee uses a **direct Peer-to-Peer (P2P) mesh architecture**. All audio and video call streams are transferred directly between you and the other participants. We do not route, process, inspect, or store your call audio or video on any server.
3. Account Deletion and Data Retention
We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your account and all associated records at any time.
- To delete your account, open DialBee, navigate to Account Settings, and tap Delete Account in the Danger Zone.
- This action permanently deletes your credentials, profile info, wallet balance, transaction logs, and signaling logs from our servers.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase as our secure database signaling platform. Your profile information and wallet logs are stored securely in Supabase tables protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
