Account Deletion & Data Request

According to Google Play Developer policies, users have the right to request deletion of their account and all personal data. DialBee offers two easy ways to delete your account:

Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Recommended)

For instant and automatic deletion of your account and all stored history:

1. Open the DialBee mobile app.
2. Tap the Settings icon (or navigate to Profile).
3. Go to Account Settings.
4. Scroll down to the Danger Zone.
5. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Note: This action is immediate and permanently clears your username, password hash, profile photo, and transaction ledger.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the app and wish to request account deletion manually, please fill out the form below. Our support team will process your request within 48 hours.
